I studied as a Theatre major at Goucher College, since that's where all the easy-entry high-paying jobs are. I continued working with the Fourth Wall Theatre company, a community theatre founded by MHS alumni which I'd been part of since high school, for several years until they disbanded a few summers ago. I have since leveraged my theatre degree into the only logical career for it, the student loan industry, and I'm currently giving people student loan advice while crossing my fingers that the economic crisis doesn't make the entire industry null and void. |

School Story: |
|
My senior year, sitting down and watching my senior play - the first draft of Work in Progress - being put on. Our show went last, and we didn't have many of the more recognizable actors from our year - but we had a lot of the techies who just wanted to give acting a chance for the first time, and they frankly blew the audience (not to mention their director!) away. I clearly recall actually hearing Katie Abarbanel fearfully mutter "Oh NO..." when Sean Davies made his dramatic entrance as the plot twist antagonist - that's how well the cast had did. Not just one of my proudest high school moments but one of my proudest moments, period. |
